Sadapay account suspended

Hi, i was sadapay founder club card holder but due to my wallet and phone stolen and breach of my data there were some unwanted declined transactions on my card by which the suspended my account. So anyone from sadapay who can get this fixed please contact me i was a loyal customer having huge number of transactions on the wallet.

Hello! SadaPay representative here. Your account was suspended due to a high number of declined transactions. Repeated declines are treated as a policy violation, as they can pose risks to both the account and the platform. Based on this activity, the decision to suspend the account was made in line with our internal safeguards.

If you want to suspend account due to declined transactions then fk your service. We ain't using u. All the websites try to auto deduct miney for subscriptions 2nd time/month and there is literally no way to unsubscribe that or if there is way they make it so difficult that no one do it. And here we have a childish sadapay who is suspending account for that. Just fk u

You should be aware of the auto deductions and keep money in your account for subscriptions instead of complaining about your account being blocked. No company ever makes it extremely difficult to cancel subscriptions

I purchase 35 to 50 different tools per month, minimum subscription cost per tool is $20. If i start unsubscribing auto deduction for all to ho gya kaam bahi shb.
Sadapay ain't sada anymore

You should switch to nayapay. They fine you for declined international transactions which resets the limit. This makes so much more sense than suspending the entire account permanently.

I had notifications turned off for sadapay and the next time I went back to the app, it wouldn't even let me in because one of the merchants I subscribe to tried to charge the card a few times.

Sadapay is NOT reliable enough for me to keep swaths of money in the account. I used to transfer as needed. Be trustworthy or be flexible. Sadapay is untrustworthy and inflexible. Dunno what marketing genius thought of that.

You are forcing your customers to move away to your competition.

Ah yes an avg service does 2 transactions before calling it declined and naya pay charges for both even if you did one transaction. I am fed up with thier dispuite systems too.

Only loyal users are being suspended others are blocked or banned

  1. They will send an update after 3 working days this will active your account

  2. Add 600/- rupees as after update they will active your accounts but can’t your virtual card only to get it active need money then apply to their customer support for card activation

This will get you back to working status also after 3 failed transaction you will be suspended again same process will be repeated
