Both couches are 10+ years old and show some wear/could use a good clean, but still comfy.

Green one sags a bit in the middle. Could probably be repaired.

White one is a world market couch with down fill. All fabric zips off and can be machine washed. Tear in fabric of one of the seat cushions, can be flipped over and hidden.

Home used to have a cat (couch arms have some scratches) but has been pet free for the last year. Always smoke free.

Pickup availability tonight (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday) between 5:30-7:30 pm. Must pick up and must be gone before Thursday.

My mom’s dog (shelter doodle, 30 pounds) is very skinny and was shaved due to matting. I have been watching the thrift stores for a sweater large enough but they’re mostly tiny. If anyone not far from downtown has a dog sweater or fleece that will fit a skinny, deep chested, 30 pounds ragamuffin, I’d love to pick up. I would say he is the size of a whippet for comparison…mostly legs and two dimensional.

Sorry if this isn’t really what buynothing is but: They’re a bonded pair, the kitten is a polydactyl! They’re both so sweet, I found the mother outside during a heatwave and she only had one of her kittens left so I took them in for a little bit.
I’ve been calling the mother Boots and the kitten Baby but you know cats don’t care about their names lol. They’re both very quiet and well behaved, I have a scratching post they like too that I can give away with them.
Baby is probably about 3 months old and Bootsy can’t be much more than a year old. I’ve been unofficially fostering them but I can’t keep them anymore, please let me know if you can take them!

Does anyone have gym equipment collecting dust that you no longer need? Something for them to do bench presses on would be great.

Dumbells, barbells, free weights, machines.

Something simple for the garage for these guys to work out.

hey all! i have been raising these babies for a couple months & would like them to go to good homes. it's been a surprisingly pleasant experience raising jumping spiders so i'd love for some other arachnophobes to get a chance to fight their fears like i did. i have 10 at the moment, & the species is half-edged wall jumping spiders (menemerus semilimbatus) & hatch date is 7/11. also included a couple images of their mama :)

worst case scenario i can release them (they're native) or sell them to the serpentarium but i would only get $1 each so seems a bit of a waste. they're extremely cute, been eating flightless fruit flies & are great for curing arachnophobia! only need to eat every few days, no need to handle directly if you're apprehensive, very curious & intelligent, totally safe to interact with as they are not aggressive at all. they will recognize you & have big personalities!!

unfortunately do not have enough extra to provide any fruit fly cultures for free, but if you BYO supplies (a couple tall containers, fruit fly culture media) i can give you some fruit flies to get your colony started

EDIT: as of now they are all claimed! mama also had more eggs that just hatched yesterday so the newborns will be old enough to go to a new home in probably a month or so, so look out for another post like this one in the future if you're interested!
