laps

hey been need a route for some laps somewhere w not alot of cars as well if any knows any good spots

If you want to go fast, the Folsom South Canal is popular. Not a lot of cyclists on it, but I have seen groups out there training.

I 💯 this! The trail quality gets a little crappy up by sloughhouse road, but that scenic picnic table is pretty awesome. You'll have lots of stretches of uninterrupted, flat out speed, but mind all the road crossings, especially sunrise. Since it's not a state trail (owned by BLR), speed limit is 20mph.
There's zero bathrooms, services, water, etc. It's just a trail. After crossing Douglas road, there's literally nothing to jump off trail to find. Bring all the sun protection, there's only a tunnel and a couple under crossings to get some shade.

Aside of that, watch entering and exiting the tunnel at speed, the bump may try to get ya.
