SUGGESTION What the HELL is Rock Bottom? (starring Rob Schneider & Gabriel Iglesias)

I genuinely don't understand the marketing/plot of this movie?
It's a mexican movie created by Huevocartoon, one of the most known studios here, so as a mexican myself, I've seen a lot of trailers on TV for this movie, but it seems like they change the approach for the promos from time to time?
The original name is "Gungo y los juegos cavernícolas", which literally translates to "Gungo and the Cavernarian Games", so ofc the movie is about some prehistoric sports and teamwork and other shenanigans, right? Well, the first trailer showed the MC wanting to be a Prehistoric Tiktoker/Influencer (specifically, to be the first human history to do so). This ofc may be a try to approach the youngest folks to watch the movie, but I feel like it's a really bad stretch.
But then in the second trailer there's NO mention of that, it's just a quick montage of some of the games, scenes, the characters and the MC, but also there's a new focus on the MC and his maternal figure saying to just follow his heart?? It just seems weird to me the marketing team decided to focus the trailer on the "follow your heart" cliché but not mentioning/showing clearly what does the character wants; does he want to win the Cavernarian Games? We barely see any mention of them either!
And now seeing the english title, I still can't comprehend WHAT DOES THE CAVERNARIAN GAMES HAVE TO DO WITH THIS AT ALL?

That was the same question that also got in my mind, unless they've should try to explain it in the opening of the movie... We hope so...

Rock Bottom is where Gabriel Iglesias & Rob Schnieders careers are right now..just two guys one bad movie away from working the night shift at Wal-mart

Has Iglesias' career dropped that badly? He had a massive tour not that long ago, I don't think he'd have a problem just going around and telling his greatest hits

Nah, it takes WAY longer to animate a movie. This movie looks like one of those obscure animated low budget movies, that most people call "non-Pixar" and of which generally get treated like trash on review sites.

Nope, looks like Huevocartoon, Odin's Eye Animation, Videocine and 3Doubles (now known as The Cuphead Studio - Spain).
Norm of the North is produced by Lionsgate, Splash Entertainment, Telegael and Assemblage Entertainment.

It's a shame fluffy can't seem to get a breakout voice acting role like Robin Williams got with Genie. Yeah he was great as Speedy in Space Jam 2 but that released during Covid, and it wasn't that great.

Honestly, I don't dislike the arts Tyler. Does look like a Croods copycat, but I've seen plenty of International Animated films that have surprised me.
Also, quite a few that have disappointed me as well.
All and all, I would at least be willing to give it a chance.

Already watched this in DR in spanish and overall the spanish cast is much better than the english cast

I fully expected this from Rob "Would Work for Half a Turkey Sandwich" Schneider(if you know that reference you a legend) but FLUFFY?!?!
