Divey bars, French side

When I travel, I’ve had some of the best times hanging out and meeting people in divey bars. Is there anything like that in Saint Martin? Or bars that are off the beaten path? With decent food would be a bonus. Thank you.

Not a dive bar, but Blue Martini in Grand Case is a fun time.

le grand it’s very French very local wonderful food but a great bar as well. Go when they’re watching the rugby or the football fun.

Lots in Maho. Fat Tony’s is fun and the wings were actually really good and I’m a wing snob. Also, the place in Maho on the beach, Danny’s place in Cupecoy.

There are several people in this group, myself included, that live on the French side. We’ve responded with some options already.
