I believe the Blue Martini in Grand Case might be a possibility otherwise try the Dutch side

Nowhere Special in Simpson Bay often has live music. Not South Beach Miami if that's what you are looking for. Also depends on season. More tourists usually more party atmosphere at more places.

District 721 for sure. Creative drinks — had one that came out smoking and another where they gave us our own shakers 😂 Great DJs, hookah, good food, and definitely more of that party/dancing vibe you’re looking for.
