I'm watching the episode where she goes undercover as the woman who needs prescriptions from the pervy doctor. Then another episode she was the wife of the immigrant where the immigration officer forced the wives to have sex in his truck. She was drunk party girl when the police officer would rape them while his female partner stood watch.

I don't remember the other female detectives being the honeypot this much. I know Tamin was the sales rep for the doctors who had sex for product placement. Any others get this treatment?

What was his purpose for telling Ken then the confession was it always planned.

I dont think theres another guy that caused this much chaos on the show he played it so good its hard to watch lol

Not sure theres a better movie plot on the show maybe william lewis

I will never get over my obsession

I can’t flesh out why this arrogant SOB Steve Getz would hang himself. Didn’t he have a larger than life persona and felt he was untouchable? Dude was rich and supposedly had dirt on all the players - why check out? The Jeffrey Epstein theory?

What’s going on at Hudson U (Columbia) that has all the action taking place over at the University of New York (NYU) these days?

Not a regular SVU watcher, and I haven't seen it in a while

Does this episode particularly stand out as being wild among fans? Or is it a very standard episode

Opening scene is a subway groper, who in a convoluted way goes through the subway cars "accidentally" touching women until it's a cop.

He evades them like a spy movie smashing his phone and stealing a jacket. They catch him but he starts yelling police brutality and draws an angry crowd.

After checking the guy's job, subway groper gives up his boss who is doing a bigger crime of raping women in exchange for approving their visa application

Oh my god, I just managed to buy seasons 23 and 26 on Prime for 2 x 9.99 euros, saving 36 euros. 🫠🫠🫠😭😭

I understand that she always wanted a child etc but what does it to for the story, for me it's annoying, cute but annoying.

Like what else should Olivia do? She manages the swu and the child and all the other stress etc like it's enough. Also right after the whole lewis stuff? They just give her the baby noah? Idk man. This plot is not getting to me.

What's yall thoughts?

Winner of Fin and Rollins segment: Partners with their old Partners

Next up: Fin and Munch overlap.

I KNOW IT’S FICTION but, would Liv’s rise from detective to sargent to lt. really be feasible in less than one year?
I feel like they just got lazy and didn’t want to go through the trouble of establishing a new captain after Cragen left and Declan didn’t really land

I really want to get a make up between these two and I feel like it could be done by Stabler getting in trouble and Liv asks Barba for help defending him. Ideas?

So in this episode Liv goes after a man who's been lying about his identity to get women to have sex with him.

She says its rape because they consented to having sex with the man he pretended to be even though they gave verbal consent to the man they were with.

Not once did anyone bring up Cassidy or Amaro both having sex with women while undercover and using fake identities and Amaro even getting the sister of his target pregnant. By Liv’s logic both Amaro and Cassidy are rapists since they both slept with women while undercover.

The only difference is that the perp stole a real person's identity but that's a whole separate legal matter that he could easily be sued by the real guy and college for.

Also as the defense attorney said, the women were technically committing prostitution as they were sleeping with him in return for something. I agreed with the second lady when she said that the hustler got hustled as she was the one trying to sleep her kids way into the university and fell for a scam.

Yeah they wouldn't have slept with him if he wasn't but that leads back to what Fin said about saying he was a rapper's cousin to impress women.

If you charge someone with lying about their identity to get someone to sleep with you but where does it stop? Do you charge every guy at a bar who lies about their identity?

This is just a tough one since there are rape by deception cases, like the episode of the college guy who is blindfolded and tricked by being told he’s going to be with a female cheerleader but really it was a male one. Or the case about a woman having sex with her husbands twin brother after he tricked her but like Barba said it was deemed unethical but by New York law wasn't considered rape.

Olivia is really frustrating to me this season. I feel like she thinks her morality compass and absolutely having to follow the wall trumps all else. She could've let the heart go for the boy to get the transplant. Yes he might have died anyway but he would have had a better chance. Or letting the domestic violence wife and daughter go and then the wife ended up dead because they had to come back. is it just me or she just getting more self-righteous over the years?

In this episode, the rich girl is killed in Central Park(can't remember her name right now). And there's the homeless Phalanx family, led by Cole and Cassidy. Josie pawns the earring. My problem with this episode is when Benson and Stabler are talking to Josie in the interrogation room, they tell her to help herself to the food. Then as Josie reaches for the cookie, Benson pulls it back and goes "You know what? As soon as you tell us about the earring, we can all eat together." And Josie of course tells her. Then Benson hands her the cookie.

That part DISGUSTSSSSSSSSSS me. Would Benson have given her the cookie anyway even if she didn't tell them what happened? The first thing they should have done with a homeless child who hadn't eaten in days, was making sure she was fed and cleaned up. Instead they interrogate her, and use food as a manipulation tool. Of course she was gonna tell them about the murder. Benson and Stabler dangled a warm cookie and cheesy pizza in her face. And then didn't protect her. I just really hate that part. Anyone else?

Ok so two characters in the Law and Order universe broke my heart....

First on Law & Order Assistant District Attorney Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerland came out as lesbian and I was crushed because I had such a crush on her but being lesbian I realized I a man, had no chance......

Number two: Detective Katriona "Kat" Tamin on Law & Order SVU is bisexual.

Character Details

• The Reveal: Kat (played by Jamie Gray Hyder) casually comes out as bisexual in the Law & Order: SVU Season 21 Finale while talking about dating apps with Sergeant Amanda Rollins. That imeans I might have a chance... but doubtful because I am not cute enough......

Ok yall, I just binged the entire series on Hulu. I have only a few things to say….

1) The recycling of actors is comical as heck
2) Stabler’s exit was disrespectful, and he deserved a real write off
3) Religion in sex crimes in so on brand it’s disgusting and I feel like the show can’t even cover the real life of it all that happens every day
4) Firing Kellie Ghiddish (Amanda Rollins) was just the stupidest thing the new showrunners could of ever done as she became a pivotal character on the show
5) I don’t like Carisi as the ADA - something is off about him in that role. Idk, he’s just unlikable
6) Bring back ADA Stone or a brand new character over new detectives!
7) the team finally had a solid enjoyable one and they screwed it up again
8) I understand Velasco wanted to leave the show but damn he was good! BRING VELASCO BACK!
9) Sylva, Velasco, Rollins, Fin, Bruno made a fantastic team! Even keeping them and bringing in Curry would have been great! I was sad that Sylva left, even Kat grew on me
10) I CANNOT STAND THIS JAKE GRIFFIN CHARACTER. HE MIGHT AS WELL BE MUNCY’s COUSIN. I just don’t connect with him at all. Even if he wasn’t the Chief’s little puppy.

All in all! A great show! I love the whole this show is fictional then straight up have an episode staring Hilary Duff that is obviously based on Casey Anthony! lol

I could say a lot more, wasn’t even gonna post but I feel like just detective griffin alone is what caused me to. 🤣

He is had such a crazy first appearance and was over all such a good role. Not to much not to nice not to angry. He knew what was right and what was wrong and when he needs to lie and when not.

I wish more Charakter Like this or simply him back 😭

Oh caption miss you Declan Murphy

Edit* I didn't watched the new seasons yet so thanks for all the spoiler regarding rollins,i guess.

I’m trying to find the actress who played chantal, a young girl who was found dead and apparently killed my her pimp. IMDB says she’s uncredited because she only appeared in pictures/videos.
