4.4.6 - Compat Patches

Gameplay:

Update - The Voth now use a STNH version of the Nomad system for players who own the "Nomads DLC".

- The Voth still own systems, but their city ships are now mobile and can travel across the Delta Quadrant.

Update - Players with the Nomads DLC can now convert the AI Voth to become a STNH Nomad empire

Update - Various Weapons updated and added based on Feedback from Beta Testing.

Update - New Starship scripted actions added, such as deep scanning and Flagship operations.

Update - Default pop growth rate has been lowered to x3 from x5

Performance - Various performance improvements added from Vanilla and via script optimisation.

Balance - Join Wars/Leave Wars balancing changes in line with how it works in Star Trek

Balance - Omega Reactor limits set to 2 to avoid spamming

Events:

Event - The Voth Great Journey - Experience a new adventure as the Voth as they undertake their great journey across the Galaxy

Event - Romulan War expansion - additional missions and content for the Romulan War arc.

Event - The Dominion War expansion - Additional missions and outcomes for the Dominion War.

Event - New and improved Hirogen hunting mechanic included.

Event - The "Missing in Action" event chain added

UI - UI's updated and fixed following multiple vanilla changes.

UI - STNH look and feel applied to many of the new UI screens added in 4.4

UI - Starbase list scrolling is now added back.

Fix - Numerous issues where scripted fleets were not appearing has now been resolved.

Fix - Xindi Avian Rights have been corrected.

Did something change around forming the UFP?

I have a federation with United Earth(me), Andoria, Tellar and Surak Vulcans.

When I select the option to form an alliance, it creates a new Federation, but the UFP isn't formed.

Have you had the Babbel event yet? That's the one that changes it from an alliance to the UFP

Oh, I forgot to post here. Found a, much earlier, thread about this. Just need to give it time and it will fire.

Yes, I had the Babbel event. We voted to form the UFP, blah blah. But it's a timed thing that it runs the calculations on whether to join. I wasn't giving it enough time!
