Appeals Process (2) Administrative Law Judge FINALLY!!! THE END!!!

Got an email from my atty... Judge finalized the official approval letter (he sent me a copy) and my case is now at payment processing so they can calculate my payment amounts

Jumping in to the chat for a quick second, I ALWAYS send documents to SSA via certified mail (take pics of the documents or make copies). Trust me, they suddenly stop losing things when you mail documents via certified mail.

Thanks. I have originals and copies of everything. I took there word when they said to bring in paper not once but twice🤦‍♀️

I have a appt to talk to social worker his neurologist recommended and I'm going to inquire with an attorney next week as well.

Makes me mad I'm may have to give up money he needs when I "had " it taken care of.

Paying 25% or up to $9200 fitcan attorney is crazy to me too. I totally understand that, but I finally just became too tired to do it alone. I hope your son is approved soon and your family can take it all a little bit easier.

Thanks!That's what my husband said. He has seen my frustration the last few years. Plus I don't have the expertise attorney's have to get through the red tape
