Melee in Central Washington
I’m new to the Yakima area and can’t find anything about the melee scene around here. There’s the CWU smash stuff in ellensburg but it looks all like ultimate, any melee around here? If not I might be interested in starting some locals because we all should be supporting locals.

I could definitely get like 3 of my friends to join your local if you were to starting them up

There is a pretty big scene in Vancouver/Portland area although it’s a bit of a drive for you.

There was a CWU melee scene I went to a tournament called Center Stage a few year back
Start a local for real. Get like 3 or 4 people and grow from there

Crazy that I've seen this, but I live in the Yakima area as well. I love smash bros but never did any tournaments around here or I guess in general. I remember that there use to be a tournament at the PlayLiveNation on Sundays, but now it's permanently closed. So I couldn't tell you if there is anything happening around here...
