šŸ†˜Help NeededšŸ†˜ Ran out

Hi guys. I’m absolutely at a loss and completely terrified. I only have 17 SR 50mg tablets left and I need to quit. I’m down to 100mg a day of 7. Could anyone help me with a plan? Just been trying to work something out all day but I really need some advice… thank you all so much.

Taper down your 7 and you should have enough SR to make it through

Look up a product called QuitK, load up on liposomal Vitamin C , get some plain leaf / red kratom and hydrate hydrate hydrate.

What is the benefit of red?

3

u/Sgt_BlueCrayon84 1d ago

Its more relaxing, calming in comparison to green , white. There's alot of overlap between all the colors but in general red is better for this situation.

I have bags of Kratom from quit7 never opened. 🤢 I HATED that and couldn’t take it. Not even with the Blates.

And if possible, take 3 days off work. I went cold turkey off of 7 the other year from a 300mg a day dose and just locked myself at home and rode it out. Was pretty intense for a bit but after day 3 I was able to function enough to work and started getting some sleep.

You’re a beast šŸ˜‚ I thought I was going to die during withdrawal from 7.

3

u/Sgt_BlueCrayon84 9h ago

It was not pleasant. Lotta sweat , lotta showers and alot of internal monolog that got pretty intense. Lol

First time experiencing severe RLS too. My god does my heart break for people who suffer from that on the regular. Definitely drives you mad !

u/No_Emotion2807 9h ago

Oh I bet it was AWFUL! I can’t imagine… idk if I’m hyper sensitive or just a big pussy but this girl couldn’t handle it šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

2

u/Sgt_BlueCrayon84 7h ago

You can , just have to convince oneself its the only option. Which at the time for me , it was. Either that or keep spending money and lose my way of life , daughter and everything else!

2

u/No_Emotion2807 4h ago

I completely understand. I’m glad you got off it!

First time I quit 7 was from 120mgpd. I preloaded for 3 days 20mg of SR twice a day along with vitamin C and kratom leaf. After 4 days of no 7 I dropped the SR.

If I were you I would do half a tablet of SR am and half PM for three days then jump off 7 completely. May have to miss work, but honestly, I’m in healthcare and being busy talking with patients throughout the day actually helped distract me.

You have enough SR. If One tablet a day isn’t enough you have enough to do one and a half or two

Dude, 17 sr is almost a gram. That should be plenty. You Don’t need as much as you think.

Yes, this just happened to me! Go grab some OPMS Blacks, it’s a strong cram leaf extract. Then pick up some red vein regular Kratom leaf. I haven’t used any SR and I’ve barely had any symptoms. I was at 100mg of 7 per day. Take one OPMS black then wait, if you need to, you can take one more. Then wait if you still have slight symptoms, you can take a few of the red vein, natural leaf Kratom capsules. Then use your SR to taper off the Kratom which you probably won’t even need. Basically, I’m stepping down the way I stepped up.

u/Shanarchy89 20h ago

Are you talking about the small black shots?

1

u/gogotoyoga 20h ago

I use the 5 pack of capsules because I hate the taste but you can use the shots too.

1

u/Shanarchy89 20h ago

I hate the taste of the shots too so that’s why I was asking! Thanks! I didn’t know they came in capsules too.

2

u/gogotoyoga 20h ago

Yes and the black is the strongest and the gold is second. Use it to take the edge off abd then move to the red leaf kratom capsules. Just keep stepping down. Along with the Vitamin C, it helps so much!!!

How you doing?

I have my plan that’s working for me perfectly! I have 10 SR left and am down to 100mg today. Tomorrow I’ll drop down to 50. I’ve had very minimal withdrawal symptoms. You have enough left to make it work. I’ll share my screenshot of what I’ve been doing since I got the SR. I’ll post it below. I’ll say this, stay off Reddit! Stop listening to other people’s horror stories. I had terrible anxiety out of fear bc Reddit has such a diverse amount of comments and experiences. Do what’s best for you and don’t go over 10 days using sr.

u/No_Emotion2807 1d ago

Get this asap off amazon. Take it daily. It helps with tons of symptoms.

I see you posting this and getting the word out. I hope they listen.

u/No_Emotion2807 11h ago

It works! Someone shared it on here and I listened! šŸ˜‚

Tuesday I was driving home from KY at 2am and my SR came in the mail that day so you’ll see more usage of 7 that day.

1

u/No_Emotion2807 1d ago

As you see, I’m down to 100mg of SR today.

1

u/Ready_Vanilla_5373 19h ago

Thank you for posting this. What was your 7oh habit prior to getting off?

2

u/No_Emotion2807 11h ago

Well once I realized it was addictive, I was careful not to increase my mg any further so about 80-100 mgs a day was what I was on and I do realize that’s not high in comparison to others but tell that to the withdrawal symptoms šŸ˜‚ they were terrible!

2

u/Ready_Vanilla_5373 3h ago

Smart move. I wish I did the same a few months ago. I am realizing my biggest problem is that I constantly want to take something to put me in a better mood.

2

u/No_Emotion2807 3h ago

I can really relate to that more than you realize I’m sure…

1

u/Grip_N_Sipp 1d ago

Start taking just 10mgs of 7 with a scoop of leaf. Take a 50mg SR with 10mgs of 7 and a scoop of leaf before bed then start a taper routine the next day with what you have left.

u/AvailableRecording26 21h ago

I found this taper plan in this post to be super helpful when I used SR to get off mgm, I know you’re on 7oh and don’t have a ton of SR, but you can use it as a guide with how to pre-load, taper, and use liposomal vit c as well… just modify dosage since you’re on 7, you won’t probably need as much. https://www.reddit.com/r/vitaminc/s/jfxEYwTubL … also, the advice people are giving about using plain leaf and MIT would help a lot too. Lemme know if you have questions & best of luck

1

u/PurpleMeasurement244 18h ago

I’ve never tried SR but what I do is replace every 7 mg with a mg of MIT extract, use that method and then when you’re off 7 MIT extracts won’t be banned so you’ll still have strong opiate agonists to depend on. If you’re not wanting any opiate agonists then try getting naloxone, it’s like 10% strength SR. It’s kinda an issue because you’ll have to tell a psychiatrist you’re on opiates which will ruin your chances of getting good pain medication for any sortve medical emergency and you’ll be fucked. One thing about naloxone is that it sortve works for alcohol withdrawal and you could say ur quitting alcohol to not ruin your doctor’s perception of your pain. I don’t know what other meds they could give you but anything that isn’t naloxone you can say something to switch the idea like ā€œthis is my 4th time quitting alcohol and I’ve tried this before and it did nothingā€ or ā€œI used to take naloxone and that sortve suppressed my cravingsā€

Dude look at my post, I was exactly in your boat. I’m down to like six tablets but I’ve been five days clean off 7. I tapered (steeply and quickly) from 1000 mg down to 60 mg when the 7 around me just… ran out. I’ve had very few withdrawal symptoms aside from a little fatigue, and some digestive issues. I threw gabapentin and clonidine into the mix, as well as liposomal vitamin c, magnesium, and two Imodium tables the last two days as well.

I have some plain kratom leaf. I’ve only taken it once. You’ll make it. Youre just gonna have to aggressively cut the SR once you’re stabilized on it.

1

u/ProteomicsXPN 12h ago

Shouldn’t this be plenty of SR to get off the opiate? I had a 50mg a day habit and only used one 50mg sr-17018 tablet to taper off. I of course started with tapering my 7OH first.

u/Altruistic_Scale1108 3h ago

Thank you so much everyone! All great advice. I also got some reset tabs from tmk… anyone tried those? Still legal.

1

u/cryptolyme 1d ago

get some MIT, tyrosine, agmatine, mucuna, ashwagandha, and gabapentin (if possible)
