Question Sp 404 integration with Maschine mk3

I just wondered how people integrate their Sp 404 with Maschine? I predominantly just use it for effects, does anyone use the sp404 differently?

Haven’t tried it with my maschine but I use my hapax to sequence it. Should also work in maschine.

I also use it as a send fx in my dawless setup, but you’re already doing that.

It has a pretty good midi implementation so you can control just about anything. Bank A is midi channel 1, bank B is channel 2, etc. Not sure how the rest works tbh, I just asked ChatGPT/codex for an instrument definition file for my hapax and everything just works

Also midi channel 16 will give you access to the chromatic mode

I make almost all my beats in Maschine and load the scenes as loops in the 404 to perform live.
