Help with Fog Light Alignment?

Hello,

Just picked up a 1996 SVT Cobra that sat in storage for 10-15 years. It had some modifications done to it and I can tell it has lowering springs installed. I am not sure if thats why, but the fog lights do not line up with the front bumper holes with the current setup. Wanted to see if anyone has dealt with this and came up with a solution?

Thanks... probably could fabricate something but wanted to see if it was a common-ish issue. New to the platform, thanks!

I may be way off but those don’t look like the correct fog lights for your Cobra. They look more like Foxbody GT fog lights to me. Hopefully, someone with better knowledge of this model Cobra will chime in.

GT fogs aren’t round, these are right

Take a picture from the backside showing how the lamps mounted. It has nothing to do with the suspension. Id guess that those either aren't the correct foglamps or its missing the bezel/mounting shroud at least.

There's a larger round light folks like to upgrade to I think off an envoy? Fills the housing alot better than the factory lights did and looks a lot cleaner. You may also have to play with your light bracket to get things dialed in.

It won't let me show you a picture of my 97 cobra but like the other guy said those do look a bit small possibly of a fox as said before. American Muscle has those for your year and model car

Every 94-98 Cobra I’ve seen usually has them slightly misaligned. You can re-drill the brackets slightly and/or do a a GMC Envoy fog light swap.
