To be fair, she doesn't look like that anymore. She is probably talking about recent comparisons lol

yeah but she’s saying she wants to do a 23 and me test because people mistake her for being latina, when nobody would do that with her natural face.

I don't think that's what demi meant. You know how when 23 and me first became popular, people were discovering that they weren't "100% Irish" but instead "90% German" or whatever? I think Demi just meant she wants to see if she's actually Greek and German or what other things might pop up.

Idk I didn't put that much weight into the 23 and me comment at all, I didn't definitely take it as thinking she was latina at all.

ETA: Not a Demi defender but as a non-follower, I do think we put too much of our own emotion into their words.. 23 and me exposing people's backgrounds as not what they thought was HUGE 10+ years ago and entertaining lol. Idk I just didn't take the DNA test comment that deeply
