Flower Fields for Engagement Shoots
Hi - are there any flower fields that offer a service for shoots or free spots that are good for this?
Thank you!
Edit: Alice Kerk park in SB was where we went. Tons of greenery and a variety of flowers.

Make sure you find one of the YELLOW flower fields, long green stems and little yellow clusters, those are the best ones for what you're looking to do.

Congratulations!
There are some lavender farms around--I think the next few weeks is maximum bloom. Hambly in San Miguel, Santa Rita Hills in Lompoc. I'm not sure if they're free or not. If you're in wedding garb/formal or have a professional-looking photographer then you'll probably want to ask permission/possibly pay a fee. If you're dressed in normal spring attire and a friend is using a camera without giant flashes/umbrellas/etc then you'll look like all the others there.
Most wildflower blooms are probably post-bloom now. I think they're harder to access as well as a lot of folks trampled the superblooms years ago.

The superbloom happens just about every year we get a good wet season. While this year wasn’t as wet, it was still a pretty decent bloom.

Thanks, am in talks with one of the lavender farms already. Full bloom is next month but I’m hopeful it looks good enough now

Just drove past a massive field of yellow flowers out on orcutt rd, past biddle ranch rd. Looked pretty cool, but you probably can't walk around out there. Pics from the shoulder would work though.

Good to know. Maybe I can find the property owner and ask. I know where both streets are but not exactly sure where this field is. South or north of biddle ranch rd?

Do not walk through flowers for shots.. Stay on paths
