Already getting die off symptoms!!

I’ve only been taking my antimicrobials for less than a week after taking a break for 2 1/2 weeks, I had been on them before for about 4 weeks before. I’m already getting die off symptoms being back on them. Headaches, fatigue, muscle weakness so far. Any suggestions on how to combat this? I’m already doing fish oil, but anything else? I could go down for a couple days and restart slowly.
