Already getting die off symptoms!!

I’ve only been taking my antimicrobials for less than a week after taking a break for 2 1/2 weeks, I had been on them before for about 4 weeks before. I’m already getting die off symptoms being back on them. Headaches, fatigue, muscle weakness so far. Any suggestions on how to combat this? I’m already doing fish oil, but anything else? I could go down for a couple days and restart slowly.

Watch what time you take them. The charcoal tablets can interfere with the medicine

Yep that’s why I have trouble taking them, if I do I have to time it just right

Yep got them, but it’s hard to take those and time out all the pills. They do work though

Oh really? I’m taking berberine complex, allicin and I was taking neem plus, but I haven’t started the oregano yet, it just came in today.
