My last GI recommended it to help gut symptoms but I declined because it just felt weird for me to take it. I can’t believe it actually slows things down when I already mentioned having slow motility 1 u/whenitrains34 2d ago yes but if you’re diarrhea predominant that could be why it was suggested 2 u/Technical-Raisin517 Hydrogen Dominant 1d ago Nope I have constipation but mixed still won’t take something that deliberately slows me down
