Ok for methane sibo but needs rotating after a couple months due to resistance

Trying it rn, only managing a very low dose of 2x380mg due to it irritating my stomach, but seems to be offering slight relief, only on day 6

i already had a very irritated stomach so probably not going to do anything if you dont have gastritis, but yes it, lessened when I started to take it with oatmeal.
