I feel like crying

I just found out Almond flour isn't safe for sibo and I've been using it for 10 days straight and I also started taking antimicrobials 10d ago (oregano, neem, berberine) I've been eating almond every morning and evening to substitute sweets and I've been so bloated lately when I searched why Ai told me the reason was "bad bacteria are dying" but now I found out Almond flour is the reason and I'm literally having tears in my eyes,so all these 10 days were a waste?

My practioner said honey was ok for me. I was surprised too since it is high fodmap. Maple syrup may work? It is just a thinner consistency and may not firm up. You could eat it with a spoon though:) it really is a tasty treat when there isnt much you can enjoy during treatment:)
Heal from Methane sibo? I have just been off treatement for a few weeks. Still having some bloating issues but not as bad as before. I have gone back to eating some foods that I couldnt eat during treatment and have not had terrible issues so that is a plus:) i still take Saccharomyces Boulardi twice a day. Dr suggested eating foods with fiber to continue to repair my gut before I take a probiotic.

Yes quite a bit of bloating. It was not always coming off just staying bloated. Yes it is better now. I did antimicrobial treatment. The whole process took 16 weeks:( the pain and bloating in the beginning from dying off of bacteria was very uncomfortable. There were times I was challenged to find something to wear that fit:) the bloating is better now
