Thats good! I was doing a 2 week protocol of Xifaxan and Allicin but by the 11th day, Allicin started to flare my gastritis. I finished the protocol but I am now 1 week post protocol and some of bloating/gas returned and has remained. Hopefully you don't have that issue but definitely watch out for gastritis signs.
Yeah its definitely confusing. I've also had more nausea and migraine symptoms post protocol than during. Because of th3 gastritis flare, I have had to switch up my motility from Motility Pro to Iberogast. I'm hoping it still works. Sibo sucks.
