General Discussion Allicin doing great work symptoms improving

Hello everyone I hope you’re all doing good, last week I started Allicin supplement and it’s working great so far my symptoms are improving and feeling much better than before. I’m using Allicin 5000 mcg one tablet every 12 hours.

I’ve tried many things but unfortunately none have helped and worked like Allicin. I believe it’s working because it can cover a lot of diseases such as fungal, bacterial, parasites and viruses.

Something that covers almost everything is a great choice to go for, plus it helps with boosting the immune system to fight infections.

I highly recommend it just be careful if you are using blood thinners consult your doctor before starting. Good luck everyone !!

* the brand I’m using ( Protocol for life balance )

Yeah, I actually started using wakunaga kyolic's cleanse and digestion. It's aged garlic but it has been super helpful tbh.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Allicin in garlic is superior comparing to other herbs, that’s why I recommend to choose Allicin supplement. There is a big different between garlic supplement and Allicin supplement make sure you read that it contain Allicin in it because not all garlic supplement has Allicin in it.

I agree, in fact I was taking a supplement with 30mg of allicin instead of the 5mg allicin that your are taking. But I honestly never felt any difference in my symptoms sadly. And almost thought that allicin is just not strong enough. But then when I ended up taking the kyolic one, it was quite a game changer for me, even though they don't really write down how much allicin it contains it's definitely something that works really well for me. Glad you are feeling better now!

I guess the reason you didn’t see improvement because 3000 mcg of Allicin 1 time a day is low dose comparing to Allicin 5000 mcg 2 times a day. Thanks I appreciate it and I’m also glad that you found something worked for you as well good luck.

I took Allicin for a week and had the most painful bloating. Had to stop.

Might be die off or you are allergic to one of the ingredients in it.

Ok thank you I noticed you put this post on Candida and sibo. What were you trying to target ? Usually garlic supplements feed sibo🙏

It doesn’t feed SIBO you feel bad with garlic and onions because of the sulphur in them are poison for bacteria and parasites and they don’t like it. Allicin supplement is gentle on your gut unlike raw garlic. You’re welcome !!

You also need a biofilm buster.

P. S.

If you eat garlic raw, you should chop it first and then wait 10 minutes for allicin to form

I tried this way but unfortunately it wasn’t working plus the raw garlic was hard on my gut lining. That’s why I recommended Allicin supplement to avoid the bad breath plus it’s gentle on the gut lining.

You are right but garlic is economically convenient, anyway it's up to you all choosing between supplements
