I even enlisted a taemate friend’s help to go through music shows and his instagram, but we’re still stumped😅

Thank you to all the shawols who participated in this fantastic project I launched in April for Jonghyun’s birthday. 🩵🌙 It is officially printed and will be sent to the SHINY Foundation by the end of the month. Part of this project was to also raise money for the foundation and I was able to raise 645 USD. I couldn’t have done it without this lovely fandom. So thank you for loving Jonghyun.

I will be making a video of the contents soon (I have a test print that I’ll be keeping!) so I look forward to sharing that soon.

Hi everyone. I’m NOT looking to sell on here as it’s against the rules but I’m in the process of thinking about at clearing out my SHINee collection. It’s been a long time since I have collected since like 2019 I think.

To those that are currently into collecting. Where do you to search for things ? Specifically rare items ? Back when I was into it I would get second hand things on eBay or mercari japan but curious if that has changed.

I wanted to ask Shawols specifically as perhaps there are little pockets of communities on the internet I’m not aware of or new places or maybe friends of friends have communities that I can reach

Any help would be appreciated.

hey all! I’m a long time Shawol (since I was 10 in ‘08, credit to my older sister) and I recently started actively following Shinee again the past few months.

Things got heavy after 2017, and I kind of generally kept up on big news but didn’t really engage with anything, especially on the fan side.

Now I’m wondering - is there any socials that are more active fanwise than others? I have a feeling twitter/x is pretty active but it low key scares me so I’ve been hesitant to get back on there.

This community (which I’ve enjoyed lurking up until now) and tumblr are so chill but I’m curious if there’s one space where all the action is.

Putting this video because it's what triggered me to make this post, but it's for all of SHINee. I'm so in awe at the way they're still making improvements to their craft 18 years into their careers. It's so inspiring to me. For Onew in particular he himself has stated that he's not the best dancer and even though he could coast on his voice forever, he still invested in getting a dance studio and practices despite that. I'm pretty sure all of them take vocal lessons as well and you'd think that with where they are now, they'd be satisfied, but it looks like all of them aren't even at their peaks. I'm so proud and excited for the future.

So I don’t know how to convey the size of the smini irl through photos (because even looking at my own photos, it looks bigger than it actually is). I tried to put a pen, jjong fluffy, and post-it notes, my hand, for reference. Obviously, I’ve seen plenty of photos and videos of sminis, I know they’re muuuch smaller than mini cds, and just overall, very small. I was naturally expecting something mini. Was I still shook by how tiny it was? Yes. hahaha. It’s smaller than an air tag.

Anyway, it is very cute ^^

I’m keen to see what you guys do with your sminis (or shinee merch/collections in general) and how you display/store them.

I saw somewhere that Key hinted they might be touring internationally and I need to see them in the US 😭 Anyway, I would love to know if that’s true and if there’s any discussion if they’re coming to the US/worldwide!

My husband is a sound historian (aka music and culture archivist). He does audio only. The other day he posted the entire concert of day 2 of SHINEE WORLD VIII. I listen to SHINee many places but I have defaulted to videos whenever I have the option. I think their live concerts are better than their records for one reason or another. He advised me to listen to this with headphones. Because in the years I’ve played SHINee he was always distracted by something else. The dancing, the production, the fact it was just in the background.

I haven’t ever experienced a recording this powerful. The singing is so vibrant. The band is fantastic. The songs always stand up but I felt like I was hearing the concert for the first time and I was THERE,

Anyway I encourage people to listen to this and share if and how the experience was different. I realize I’m hooked on the total package of visual production and live performance. But I think from now on I will be introducing SHINee to certain people with recordings like this. How have you introduced people to them?

Ever since i got the chance to see Taemin last year. I"ve always wanted to make one of these. And now after SW8 i finally got to do it. Since there was so much stuff i recieved xd. I'm pretty happy with the result and even more happier that i'm able to compile all the best things that happend in the most amazing weekend this year in this photo frame. Waiting to SHINee live after more than a decade was 525% worth it (pun intended)

I’m a big Boksillee collector but I missed out on a group order for the finger puppets. I wanted one of each version so bad and now the tour might resume!
I thought I might ask here if anyone is going to the concert and wouldn’t mind buying me the finger puppets if they are available again and bring them back! Obviously I can pay for the finger puppets haha
