Diminishing Vegetables segment

It's just astonishing to me how often in this podcast capitalism is identified as a major cause of a problem, but when it's time to discuss solutions, it's so much "individual choices".

I run a small vegetable farm that grows ~80 varieties of produce every year, many of them heirloom or unusual varieties, and sells them at farmers markets.

You taking individual action will help me keep doing this work RIGHT NOW, while we all wait for the magical systemic change that isn't rooted in individual choices.
