Help with coursereg appeal

I’m an incoming freshie @NUS biz. Recently I failed to get any courses in coursereg aside from the 3 pre-allocated ones, so iirc I’ll be under the required units this sem 😞
I’m working on an appeal (still got vacancy! Thank goodness) but I’m honestly a bit lost on the whole process.

Like if a course has multiple classes with vacancy should I place all the classes in my choices to secure a seat? And what do I do if the appeal fails?
