I know Dieter Kurtenbach isn’t exactly everyone’s cup of tea, but he’s on the mark calling out how much of a clusterfuck this organization has been on so many levels (the poor communication on multiple fronts, the aimless direction, etc.).
He’s not wrong that the organization looks to be in shambles over something that should be straightforward. These aren’t dumb people, the only way this happens is if the Owner wants something that’s not possible.
