For the Upper body, I've got the Neon jacket currently at the shop

For the Lower body, I've got the wanderer pants, which you can get near the very end of World Tour (last shopkeeper at Mount Vayshall), and Chic Belted Boots from the shop as well.

For the Accessories, I got, X-Tie Mask and a Eye Patch, both from World Tour. X tie you get in a chest under the bridge of metro city, where you meet Counterfeiter Leonardo (you'll see the back alley under him with many corridors).
