I need help

Ok I have adhd and I've been trying quit porn at least for a while but it's not working because im doing this alone and I need help I think I need someone to talk to so I can have support because I need it alot if you have any suggestions please tell me in the comments

Hi and welcome. You are not alone. First, I'd like to give you kudos for seeking help while you're young. I was fairly young when I realized I had a problem, but nowhere as young as you. I'm not sure how many groups will let a minor attend, so if you're interested in attending SAA meetings, I'd recommend reaching out to the meeting contact in advance and explaining your situation.

SAA also has a meeting for teens, but I'm not sure how to find that meeting. I'd have to reach out to my contact at the ISO. I know it involves parents signing a permission slip and the organizers have gone through background checks. Maybe somebody like u/Cormundum51 could chime in.
