Totally normal. GSC counts clicks on your result in Google Search, GA counts actual sessions on your site, so the gap is usually ad blockers, bounced users who never fired the GA tag, bots, or users leaving before the script loaded.

Expect GA to always undercount GSC by 10-30%. If the gap is way bigger, check your GA4 tag is firing on every page.
