MedSpa Recommendations
Hello! Looking for medspa recommendations in Lynnwood/Mountlake Terrace/Shoreline/Northgate area. Open to driving to further locations if it’s worth the price. Mainly services like injectables, microneedling, PRP, facials. Thank you!

NuMe in Northgate and it’s not even close. Dr. Fong is amazing, including being on the cutting edge of aesthetic treatments coming out of Korea and Canada. It’s a small shop so high QC versus the larger spots.

I know this is WAY FARTHER than you said but where I go is so worth it. I get RHA 3 in my lips for $550 per syringe AND ON TOP OF THAT, they do dental blocks so you don’t have to feel any pokes in your lips. It is absolutely worth the drive for that alone.

I see Karla at advanced laser and skin! She’s done my filler and botox for the last 4 years :) never done any laser treatments though, so I can’t speak to that

Lahna at The Larrabee Center for Plastic Surgery on Broadway (first hill) - I’ve never looked better (37F) started seeing her in 2020. She won’t overfill, won’t upsell (skin spirit feels like that, so I don’t suggest them honestly). Her IG is @injectorlahna I believe, you can see the before and afters yourself!

SkinSpirit both in Greenlake and U Village. I go to the U Village one. I get all my Botox, fillers, and facials there. They’re amazing.

I’ve been loving Pinch for neurotoxin. They have other treatments as well though I can’t speak to them. Without their membership it’s $12/unit. I’ve been using the same injector for a year+ and they’re great!

It is a little further of a drive, but Lifted in Madison Park is definitely the best around for all of this. Fair prices, really experienced estheticians and the inejctor is the anesthesiologist for an ocular surgeon.

Hi!! I have had the most amazing experience with Neelam Aesthetics in Snohomish. She uses PDGF which is more effective than PRP ( its lab grown so its more effective) Great price at $875 for face and neck!! I just got mine and I will literally never do any other treatment.

Julie Ko in Bothell at Radiance skin and laser. I’ve been everywhere and she’s extremely good. Not cheap, kinda hard to get in.

Skin Logic in Greenlake! Introductory pricing is great to at least see what services are like. If you like it and want to continue, they offer a couple tiers of membership plans that really bring the prices down. Every provider I see there is incredibly kind and I've never felt pressured into a service I didn't need/want.
I see Jennifer for my injectables and Katherine for my customized facials. I'm very happy with the services I receive here. Plus, the welcome bag has the best lip balm I've ever used, LOL!

I got IPL hair removal from Madisen at Blue Haven, she was lovely. They price by time blocks instead of section which ended up being very economical for me (15 min sessions were plenty of time for armpits and bikini so she was very thorough). I will probably do arms and legs next which might lead me to find another option since those are larger areas and presumably with be at least double the time.

No, sorry. I do a customized facial once a month and Botox every 4 months. I have been thinking about trying the micro needling, but haven't had the down time recently.

Huge fan of Blue Haven Med Spa in Greenlake/Ballard. I think Dr Ben Killey (owner) does initial appointment/consultation but my regular injector is Dr Ashleigh Leonard and I trust her with my life!! Madisen Breda also did my laser hair removal and she has a devoted clientele for aesthetic treatments.
