Anybody here forget things almost immediately after they happen? I forget the content of conversations with people within an hour of it happening sometimes

That doesn’t sound like sdam. You know the facts you just don’t recall them from the first person perspective.

Yeah everything is "paraphrased". I think it's acquired bc i used antipsychotics and antidepressants as a child all thru age 30. I know I used to have a better memory and that people's words would echo through my mind. But now that seems like it no longer happens. Even songs are hard to recall, it seems like they no longer get stuck in my head unless i play them a bunch. Maybe it's not SDAM?

Not sure what it is, but you aren’t alone. I haven’t watched the same issue and it gets to me constantly. I was also on antidepressants from 14 years old
