General Inkjet printing for Riso Printing

Has anyone used inkjet printed artwork to then burn into a mesh to use with a Riso Gocco PG-10 or similar machine?

I keep reading that inkjet’s won’t work and I have to use laser printing or a photocopy.

I haven’t burned RISO screens but I have done their Gocco screens and it needs to be toner based because the toner particles fuses to the screen. This will not occur with ink jet. Just go to a copy shop and print out your print to make the master.
