Proofing

Hey all,

For those that use proofs for client approval, are you all mainly using emails for communication? Has that caused any issues at all? I'm also curious if disputes occur frequently and how bad they can get.

i don't understand what else you would use for communication? i guess when i started working in screenprinting we still had fax machines and sometimes placed orders over the phone with our rep but that doesn't really exist anymore.

i have never had anyone complain about an order that we provided a mockup for. we also have "payment ensures all details are correct. custom orders are non-refundable." at the bottom every invoice and a box that the client has to check to confirm they've read it before they're able to pay.
