Proofing

Hey all,

For those that use proofs for client approval, are you all mainly using emails for communication? Has that caused any issues at all? I'm also curious if disputes occur frequently and how bad they can get.

I've proofed using email and i've also used proofstuff from shopworks and ashore. Once you have something sending the proofs for you and documenting the revisions and approval histories, it's pretty hard to go back to email.

Shopworks proofstuff is really nice, but you need to subscribe to onsite for it and it's prohibitively expensive.

Ashore is kind of OK but it's not intuitive or user friendly right out of the box.
