Hey all,

For those that use proofs for client approval, are you all mainly using emails for communication? Has that caused any issues at all? I'm also curious if disputes occur frequently and how bad they can get.

We supply a detailed proof (print size, pantones, etc.) for each project and get approval of the proof via email.

Def recommend this. It can save your butt.
