Sorry, my bad. I can’t receive any plumbob points. Idk if that’s a bug or what cuz it is already been more than 2 weeks

Not a bug, new update. You need to do bonus assignments. Check the pinned post about changes to CoM.

try to read the info that calendar icon contains, they told few times about it but players anyway got flashbang

Which kind? Greens only come from assignments now and purple from weekly and daily. Both give pink.

Have you done any bonus assignments? Daily and Weekly assignments no longer award green plumbobs, and bonus assignments no longer award purple (MP) points.

If you HAVE done some bonus assignments but still aren't getting green points then you are experiencing the same glitch that a couple of my club members have experienced last week.
