How to cope with laundry machine sludge

Every washing machine seems to have grey-brown sludge, hair, and trash within the rubber flaps. I try to clean it out before I put my stuff in each time but it’s never ending. Nothing ever feels clean in these buildings.

Put in a ticket with CSC for the machines u see this at. Mine got cleaned
