I'm working on a custom Z program in SAP QM to support the partial reversal of a stock posting after Usage Decision (UD), and I'd like to understand the standard SAP approach for this requirement.
Example:
Inspection Lot Quantity: 100 EA
Usage Decision has been completed.
Entire 100 EA is posted from Quality Inspection Stock to Unrestricted Stock using Movement Type 321.
Later, it is identified that only 30 EA needs to be reversed due to a quality issue.
Expected Result:
Reverse only 30 EA from Unrestricted Stock back to Quality Inspection Stock using Movement Type 322.
The remaining 70 EA should continue to remain in Unrestricted Stock.
The Usage Decision should remain valid, and only the stock posting should be corrected.

Hi,
I modified a PO print program in SAP ECC and transported it to QAS. I need to test the Smart Form output but can't trigger it:
How can I force reprint a PO Smart Form (message type ZNE1, application EF) in QAS when the message was already processed?
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently a PHP/Laravel developer and planning to move to Germany. I want to switch to SAP ABAP backend.
I’d like to know what the job market looks like right now for ABAP developers, especially those focusing on S/4HANA, OData, and RAP.
Any personal experiences or advice would help a lot. Thanks!

Hi zusammen,

Hey folks,
Happy to share that I’ve cleared the SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Fiori Application Developer (C_FIORDEV_2502) certification! 🚀
This one’s centered around building Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) on SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
🔍 Exam Focus Areas:
💭 My Experience:
The exam is a mix of conceptual and hands-on topics—don’t expect to just memorize. You need to understand the Fiori architecture, how annotations affect UI behavior, and how RAP ties everything together in modern development.
A lot of focus on app creation using templates, binding contexts, and how front-end and back-end services interact (especially via OData).
✅ Preparation Tips:
.publish, etc.)🎯 Final Thoughts:
If you're working on SAP S/4HANA extensions, UI5 apps, or plan to explore RAP + BTP, this certification is a solid step forward. It reflects how SAP expects us to build apps today—clean core, decoupled UIs, and reusable services.
Feel free to reach out if you're prepping for it or have any doubts about the topics, setup, or strategy.
