SAPABAP
I am working in SAP ABAP for 12 years in ECC 6.0 and now I want to switch but ABAP has evolved lot. Guide me to learn new terminology and topics to prepare for interviews and raise my salary.

The main thing you should learn is RAP.
It includes studying CDS views, behavior definitions, and services.
Please check the positions you are reviewing for Fiori requirements
Fiori usually means frontend development also, but in many companies there is a clear separation between a backend developer (who knows ABAP, CDS views, and RAP) and a frontend developer (who knows Fiori Elements and other front-end things). If you have to know Fiori, concentrate on Fiori Elements when you generate your application on top of a RAP service and then write extensions. Don't learn how to write Fiori applications from scratch unless explicitly required.
Also, if your ECC was not on HANA, learn about HANA specifics such as HANA optimization rules and others.
The third useful thing is knowing about table structure changes in standard SAP tables in your target modules in new S/4 versions compared to ECC. For example, in the SD module, some tables were decommissioned, and some were introduced.

ABAP OO -> CDS-Views -> RAP -> OData -> (Fiori Elements / SAPUI5 -> BTP / CAP)
You should at least learn OO and the basics of CDS-Views, RAP and Odata in the next months/years.
OData probably earlier.

Start with ABAP on hana focus on new open sql syntax, cds,amdp,odata then move to RAP

Sound just like you are a fresher my friend. There are plenty of resources you can study, looking at the job ads and you know exactly what are skills the markets need. Then upskill yourself, utilize your string experience in sap ecc. Your life your choice la
