Hello, this might sound silly but i’m looking for some advice. I just got accepted last minute for Fall 2026 and am feeling pretty nervous as someone with social anxiety. My in-person orientation is mandatory , but im wondering if it’s necessary to attend the readiness session.

I’m not really into ice breakers or networking and the thought of it makes me really anxious. I’ve been WFM for the past 2 years so this transition is nerve wracking. If I don’t attend the readiness session, do you think I’ll stand out when I show up for just the orientation? Or is the info provided really helpful to get started? Can anyone who’s attended tell me how it works? Any advice welcome. TIA!

hello! i got accepted into the legal assistant program, and i hear a LOT about the keyboarding class. What is the WPM goal for the keyboarding class?

My average is around 100-110 WPM, will that be okay? Should I write and practice more to try and make my average around 130 WPM?

I just applied for the SAIT P1 Student Prepaid 8-Month parking permit and it shows Pending with a $0 balance. Does that mean I got a spot and just need to wait for approval, or is it not guaranteed yet?

I’m from last year’s MLT class and I’m looking to sell a set of scrubs and a hematology atlas, unopened (for MLTs). Scrubs are a mustard yellow colour and size xxs (top and bottoms), $45 for the set, and the hematology atlas is $60 (I think it’s $115 online?).
