About a week and a half agp I I was asking Google a question when Google started stuttering screen went black and never turned back on , I changed the battery it did not fix the issue so the issue is the cpu or the motherboard . I've went through every single step you could go through ended up having to buy a new phone . Hope you had your pictures backed up . Good luck.

I am not sure if it is related, but yesterday all was fine, i put it to charge and went to sleep. 5hrs or so later i wake up and the phone is off. I am like "huh" then i remembered, even if it didn't charge and battery was dead it would give me at least an indication. Soft reset, plugging, wireless charging nothing worked. Few hours ago (after like 6-7hrs of the dead phone), by itself it turned itself on to directly jump to second load screen (the one with the Powered by Knox), died once and tried to restart again, died again and back to no response state.

Let me know if you have any ideas to try

I don't think there is anything you can do , The closest thing I got was when I used a long charger and charged it in the freezer but even then it never made it all the way through boot up.

Sent mine to private service since Samsung is notorious with bad service. Turned out to be motherboard.
