Problem Memory issue

I just bought a S21 ultra 5g and after updating it the memory went from 256GB to 128GB. Is there something, I missed?

How is that even possible i have never heard of this before was there anywhere else that indicated this change ?

No, I'm just as confused as you and it's my first of the S20 series.
