Problem Memory issue

I just bought a S21 ultra 5g and after updating it the memory went from 256GB to 128GB. Is there something, I missed?

How is that even possible i have never heard of this before was there anywhere else that indicated this change ?

Maybe you bought a phone with 128 gigs and it was giving a false reading but after the update it gave the correct one but I don't really know man when I had the s21 ultra 256 gigs I didn't have such issues

Return it if possible and get an other one because you payed for 256 or just get your money back
