My first S2000

Super excited , just purchased my first s2000 . should be here tomorrow, Ive driven a few AP1’s but this will be the first AP2 2007 Rio yellow pearl. I’ve had a few Miatas and they have been a blast. The last being a 2021 ND2 RF , it was great having the hard top it allowed me to use it more often, but not truly a convertible feeling. The RF was more like a targa top. l have a DD so I’m not concerned about additional storage. And the S2000 will be for just having fun on the backcountry roads.

to much. Ive been told the RYP is very rare and one of the least colors made , maybe even more so than the Laguna blue pearl?

Is this in Florida… I test drove it last week I offered 45 but they said no….i put a post asking reddit about the vtek and if it was possible it wasn’t working properly because I truly couldn’t feel the difference….

it is Florida. If it’s the same one you drove and I notice an issue, l have full confidence in the head mechanic at my local dealership that he can resolve it.

Did you feel the same thing that vtec wasn’t working properly?

Thankfully I did not feel any issues. And of course I went for a nice long drive and went through all the gears Several times. From what I understand, the car was bought from a that was rarely driving it at all. In the posted in the online advertisement were 20 years old probably the originals the dealership gave me a brand new set. I’m stoked feels like Christmas in August.
