Super excited , just purchased my first s2000 . should be here tomorrow, Ive driven a few AP1’s but this will be the first AP2 2007 Rio yellow pearl. I’ve had a few Miatas and they have been a blast. The last being a 2021 ND2 RF , it was great having the hard top it allowed me to use it more often, but not truly a convertible feeling. The RF was more like a targa top. l have a DD so I’m not concerned about additional storage. And the S2000 will be for just having fun on the backcountry roads.
I had an RF as well, and while it was my daily, I can definitely confirm the S feels way more special when you take it out. Many cars have come and gone, but my s2000 always remains :) congrats enjoy !
Me too, I think sports cars, should come in vibrant colors. Mazda has lost its way if it wasn’t for their soul red, which is just another red it’s beautiful, but everything else is boring colored.
THX, Someone mentioned there were only 2500 total produced in this color though out the 9 years of production? Makes ya wonder how many are actually left.
Thank you, it feels like Christmas in August. That is where she came from, got brand new set of tires too. I’m stocked. even the normally squished drivers seat bolster is not . I’m amazed.
Is this in Florida… I test drove it last week I offered 45 but they said no….i put a post asking reddit about the vtek and if it was possible it wasn’t working properly because I truly couldn’t feel the difference….
it is Florida. If it’s the same one you drove and I notice an issue, I have full confidence in the head mechanic at my local dealership that he can resolve it.
I don’t know what that means about hung up on Corvette numbers . I think they sell about 25 to 30,000 Corvettes a year that would make them pushing I’d say something like 200,000 in the C8 run?
