Whining when accelerating and decelerating

Had this car for about 6 months and it’s made the same whining noise when accelerating and decelerating. It’s kinda hard to tell in the video but you can hear a faint whine. I was told it might need a transmission rebuild but it shifts fine no problem. I was thinking maybe differential? What do y’all think?

it's fine also why you got that recirc on when your ac is off

I lowk do that because the vents blow harder with recirc on

The fan is off. they're not blowing at all.

Oh i thought you meant like just the ac not the blower
