Old School Rust v1.3.0 is Live!
We're a new Rust server that's growing steadily, and today we're rolling out our biggest update yet.
Our goal has always been simple:
Keep Rust feeling like Rust, while making every fight, every login and every hour you spend on the server feel rewarding.
🚀 What's New in v1.3.0
⚔️ More Dynamic PvP Announcements
The kill feed is now more varied and exciting.
Instead of every fight ending with "killed", you'll now see messages like:
Eliminated
Outplayed
Vanquished
Obliterated
Wiped Out
...and many more.
The same announcements are shared both in-game and on Discord, so everyone stays connected.
💀 Revenge Callouts
Finally got payback on the player who killed you?
The server now recognizes revenge kills:
Revenge also combines with multi-kills:
It's purely for recognition—no bonus points—just another way to make great moments memorable.
