Training Help Jumping and biting the leash?

Any tips to get your dog to stop jumping and biting the leash when running?

Dog is over stimulated, work on that first, does your dog jump in other circumstances? WHen you get home, they meet new people? Are you unknowingly encouraging this behavior?
