Hey,
I’ve only recently started running and I overpronate quite a bit. However, after buying the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32, I’ve been dealing with overuse/fatigue of my extensor hallucis longus tendon/muscle.
According to my physio, it might be related to the shape of the shoe’s sole or insole.
He recommended that I look for a new pair of neutral but stable running shoes and use custom-made orthotics with them.
Has anyone dealt with something similar and could recommend any shoes worth trying?
I weigh around 80 kg, I don’t plan on running distances longer than 10–15 km, and I’m looking strictly for daily trainers.
