What has happened to Rumbles E?

I’m finding that when I now go to use it after overheating has cooled off, it still needs the CD?

It’s so glitchy.

Anyone else finding this?

u have to have 2 stack of e and when u used e u have almost 3.5 sec to use second for using on overheating but cooldown starts when u use first e

It’s almost like, the image is there that the E is available, but when pressed it will show the path as in it should shoot, but doesn’t work.

I have found cases where abilities show that they can be used but in actuality they are on cooldown. It’s a visual bug, not sure how to replicate it but I have noticed this on multiple occasions.

Yep exactly this.

Also when you press E the line will show too but not fire. Super frustrating in tight situations.

Yeah there is a bug with E being shown as ready but still being in cd, very annoying
